In the early light of a winters morning the Durbar Square in Bhaktapur is usually pretty quiet, but filled with long shadows. Most tourists don’t arrive here until later in the morning, so for a little while we get to enjoy Bhaktapur without the mayhem and chaos. The ancient streets are a gentle space for taking photos with the locals.
